In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top music and audio apps on the Android platform in Sweden showed varied performance metrics, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $52K in late November. Downloads rose to about 4.9K in the week before Christmas, while active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 810K to 845K, with a slight dip mid-quarter.

JBL Headphones experienced a rise in downloads, reaching around 7.7K in the week before Christmas. Active users showed a growth trend, ending the year at approximately 29K.

SoundCloud: The Music You Love maintained a consistent revenue flow with a peak of $5.2K in late November. Downloads reached their height at around 2.8K in early December, and active user numbers declined from 52K to about 41K by the end of the quarter.

Shazam: Find Music & Concerts downloads peaked at 2.4K in early December. Active users varied, peaking at over 93K in late October but dropping to around 71K mid-December before rebounding to 85K by year-end.

Music Player & MP3 - DDMusic downloads reached their highest at approximately 2.3K in the week before Christmas. Active users showed a slight increase, concluding the quarter at about 9.3K.
